Nice job, Luigi !

 What a location, what a light, what a twinkle ... Luigi's developed a nice "fashion photographer" instinct to exploit its renowed Rebel !

The hull side has been rebuilt and the old engine mount removed in favour of the new one, fixed to the left of the rudder. Click on the last photo to see.

Paint jobs / verniciatura

Rebel is back in its native home in Reggio Emilia for some long due paint jobs and other improvements.

Here are the tre hulls floating in mid air thanks to those threaded rod supports. Lot of time went into the "packaging" of the main hull and the beams.

The floats have received a first coat of paint. Nice job, Luigi !

As you can see, the bow as been "rectified"; it will cut the waves with no effort !

And at last an important particular: the net supports will be replaced by this integrated tube that you can find on the main hull side, usually. Seems clever !

Rebel è tornata nella sua casa natia, a Reggio Emilia, per alcuni lavori di verniciatura da tempo in programma. Ci sono in vista anche altri miglioramenti. Nella prima foto Gli scafi sembrano galleggiare a mezz'aria, grazie ai supporti fatti con delle barre filettate. Un sacco di tempo è andato nell'incartare lo scafo centrale e i bracci. Gli scafetti hanno ricevuto una prima mano di tinta. Gran bel lavoro, Luigi. Come potete vedere, le prue sono state rifilate e taglieranno le onde senza sforzo. Infine un particolare importante: i supporti della rete verranno sostituiti da questo tubo intergrato, che di solito si trova sul lato dello scafo principale. Sembra una furbata.
